The White House Twist And Shout
by … Chuck Pithy
The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) a non-partisan department of government which is responsible for scoring economic impact of policies and bills has come out and stated that Obamacare will cost twice the estimated 1,000,000,000,000.00 dollars that was first reported. In addition, they now state that 2.5 million fulltime employment hours will be lost over the next 10 years directly due to Obamacare.
In what could only be described as a fantasy response to the lost fulltime employment hours, the White House is claiming this is because thanks to Obamacare, people do not have to work to get healthcare coverage. Hate to break it to the White House, but you do not need to be employed to purchase health care coverage. Furthermore, all indications are that very few people are actually saving money by purchasing insurance though Obamacare.
What is truly troubling is how quickly the liberal media jumped on board the White House narrative, proclaiming this is a good thing. Had this been a Republican President, they would have been screaming for impeachment, rather than proclaiming what a great thing this is. The double standard of treatment just keeps growing and the liberal media loses credibility with each day.
Using the new White House vision of news I wanted to let you know how the following event will now be seen from the White House View.
Hurricane Sandy was not a horrible because if offered people an opportunity to rehab their houses when they otherwise might not done so.
For the millions of Americans who have given up looking for a job, this is not a bad thing because they now have more quality family time.
For those who can no longer see their regular Dr. due to Obamacare, they need to see this as an opportunity to get even better care with a different physician.
When you find out the higher cost of insurance with Obamacare instead of this being bad, it offers you the opportunity to reprioritize your budget.
If you are a conservative group which has been targeted by the IRS when you applied for 501c 3 or 501c4 status, they were not targeting you, but they were actually helping you to really examine your group, its donors and your mission.
And last but not least, if you were a government employee who was furloughed in October of 2013, this was a good thing because once again you had more quality family time, just as those with the Obamacare enjoy that same option.
